Should I Recruit or Should I Sponsor?

Well What are you looking for? New Blood? Someone to do what you want? Well then Recruiting is what you want to do.

Or do you want to help People own their LIFES? By helping those People you will own yours!

If you are looking to Equip and Build a Person no matter the out come. That is Sponsering. So Tell me what is more appealing to you? Sponsoring or Recruiting? Look them up in the dictionary if you have questions.

If you want to Build People in to leaders. That is Very Long sighted. Like an eagle. Eagles are Long sighted. They can see way off into the distance.

If you are Recruiting you will attract Recruiters as well. Looking for new Blood saying whatever it takes to get the new Blood. Because that is the Goal

With Sponsoring Because this takes time and love and care you do not want to sponser just anyone. NO you will waste their time and yours. Look for the volenteers they are the ones calling you. They are the ones doing their assignments you hand them out. They are Hungry for Self improvement. They Blame no one. They know they can do this with Your Help. Give your Prospect a Puppy.
